formed in 2004. The group was created by singer/songwriter Robert Romano of Stranger than Fiction along with veteran drummer Brent Irish. Kelley Christian became the featured vocalist in 2005. Kelley is also a model and actress in the DFW Area. Her voice has brought the Shock of Pleasure to the forefront of Dallas live music. The lineup was complete when Josh Curry joined the band on bass guitar in 2006.

The Shock combines trip-hop and down-tempo music to create this eclectic mix of musicians and sound. This is Electro-Lounge Music in a rare live setting.
This is truly a unique experience for all audiences.
